The model of project management embedded in the PMBOK® Guide, Fourth Edition is one that recognizes the challenges of projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing economy and the real challenges of managing projects in the face of complex circumstances and changing or uncertain user needs. In this webinar, participants will be introduced to the changes in the PMBOK® Guide, Fourth Edition and its implications for how projects are managed and what is required of those who manage them.
