We are seeking a highly experienced, proven successful; customer focused Account Manager with a proven selling ability who are interested in selling TekSource Corporate Learning VMware training products and learning services. Candidates MUST have a minimum of (2) two years experience selling learning services at the corporate level with experience and/or knowledge in selling virtualization training. As an Account Manager with TekSource, you will establish and maintain client relationships to provide learning solutions to corporate sector clients based on current and future needs. Your primary focus is the acquisition of profitable revenue through your sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of (2) two plus years experience selling learning services and can bring to the table an existing client base and business relationships.
Candidates with experience in the corporate learning industry selling virtualization training will be preferred
Responsibilities:
- Selling the TekSource suite of virtualization learning products and services
- Leveraging personal pre-existing business and personal relationships as well as creating and building client relationships at the decision maker/executive levels
- Prioritizing activities and account management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability
- Cross-selling on accounts subsequent to closing initial opportunity to maximize overall revenue potential and account penetration
- Preparing written proposals; delivering oral presentations to customers and other stakeholders
- Providing accurate and timely pipeline and forecast reports
- Updating sales activities and customer information using Salesforce CRM
- Meeting minimum monthly quota targets
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge and experience selling corporate education and training products with experience selling VMware training preferred
- Proven and effective sales skills in all elements of the sales cycle and successful sales track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas closing professional training services solutions
- Ability to identify and meet with key decisions makers, use complex influence strategies to gain support and convert prospects into customers
- Ability to provide professional advice to clients by anticipating needs and concerns, providing input on business challenges issues and solutions for addressing them
- Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively to achieve team and organizational goals
- Extreme high desire to win; high level of energy and self-motivation
- Experience responding to private and public sector RFP’s
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an inside/outside sales role in the corporate IT learning industry
